Description	El Hiwar El Tounsi or El Hiwar Ettounsi (قناة الحوار التونسي), meaning "The Tunisian Dialogue" is a chain of Tunisian private television theme. Launched in May 2003, the channel broadcasts initially two hours a week, on Sundays frequency Arcoiris on the Hot Bird satellite and, from 2004 on Eutelsat W3A. In 2006, the channel broadcasts a daily transmission time on the same frequencies. Emissions to social and political characters open the antenna Tunisian opponents, which is the string constant harassment from the regime of President Zine el-Abidine Ben Ali. After the 2011 revolution, the chain extends its schedule scattering volume which is now on a separate channel satellite Nilesat from 1 September 2011.
